I'm incredibly tired. A very late previous night (almost 4 am) and I trotted off to school this morning to meet Genevieve to get some work done, and spend Valentine's Day together. Romantic right! :d LOL. Janice also came to meet us after her research group meeting ended at noon.
We went to browse the Korean fair together and picked up Korean Banana Milk, as well as a couple of Korean stationery :-D Way cute. Genevieve gave us roses from the fair and I bought Gen a CN Blue poster! See below :p She loves Jung Yonghwa. Janice is quite enamored by them these days too. Tsk tsk. And we had a lot of fun catching up and talking over lunch at a cafe, before hitting the library again! Such is the life of an SMU student >.< I love my girlfriends! <3
I wore Misaki's Natsumi Series in Brown today. Its an interesting experience - I feel that the shape of regular contact lens holds up sturdier in comparison to colored lens (softer), so you have to conscientiously position the lenses on your finger before you wear them! Nonetheless, despite my extremely tired eyes, the lens were fairly comfortable. Natsumi Series definitely makes your eyes look more "doll" like, instantly. My pictures do them no justice because I was so tired my eyes were struggling to open wide. Plus I didn't put on any form of eye makeup = no eyeliner, mascara, shadow, NOTHING. I can see how this pair of lens would be popular - you know the Korean ulzzang look or Taiwanese doll looks? This works. Genevieve wore the 3-Tone series I think, and her color (Brown) was brighter than her usual eye color but the effect on the pupil was more subtle than the Natsumi series. The Natsumi Brown matched my eye color perfectly though.
Anyway, a great day but definitely would have been even better if my eyes and being was less tired :p Well rested eyes and body make a huge difference! :d My skin isn't doing too well either from the irregular sleep =.=
So this post concludes the 7-Day Challenge and I hope you found out something new or two! :-D Happy Valentine's Day guys :) Celebrate love and love each other as God loves you! ♥
